All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order placement is binding.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are Cash on Delivery only. No online payments.
- An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment - we will contact you to confirm before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with no charge to the customer.
5. Delivery
- We deliver within Nepal only.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or public holidays.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept return or exchange requests in the case of damaged or defective items received. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required.
- We do not accept returns for sizing, colour preference, or change of mind.
- Eligible items will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including images, text, logos, and design - is the property of Bloomie Wears and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bloomie Wears is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
